Check out promo shots for New York Goes to Hollywood, the new half-hour candid reality show premiering Aug. 4 at 10/9c on VH1. The show charts the quest for fame of VH1’s reality H.B.I.C. And ** you can see, New York is seriously getting into her role ** an ingénue, ** she wears many hats wigs and hams it up for the camera. She even found time to mug for the camera on her home turf. Is there life beyond reality TV for New York? Who knows, but certainly, she’ll need a reality show to find the answer.

I Love Money

I Love Money is a new reality show coming this summer that pits cast members of Flavor of Love, Rock of Love and I Love New York against each other in the pursuit of a $250,000 grand prize.

The group will travel to Mexico where they will participate in outrageous challenges to test their determination to get rich. For this group of men and women competing for a chance at love is nothing compared to competing for their true heart’s desire, money.

Flavor of Love is officially dead. How do you feel?

Flav: Right now, I feel so relieved. You know what I’m sayin’? I feel real good right now that I got my true love. I wanna be with her forever and ever and ever, man.

At what point did you realize that this was what you wanted?

Flav: Honestly, I kinda realized it around Flavor of Love 2, but we had to get past Flavor of Love 3. You know what I’m sayin’ and the whole 9? Definitely, man. This [gestures to Liz] is something to realize here.

Have you spoken to Flav since the finale?

I’ve seen Flav a couple of times since the show. He took me out to Benihana not long after the finale wrapped. But he’s been off in Canada doing his show, and I’ve had other things going on. We haven’t seen each other in a few months but it’s still exciting. I’m excited to see what’s going to happen.

What do you think? Is it going to work out?

I mean, yeah. We had a really strong connection, and I feel like it’s a strong possibility that it will work out.
